Love

Love is a Many Splendored Thing  
 
 “I love you.” We've all heard it at one point or another. But when one stops to ponder it, what is love exactly? Is it the combination of lust and commitment? Perhaps the bond between two friends that is so strong it can be called love? What you feel towards a family member for some reason? Maybe it's merely a silly word used by people to woo one another. It might even mean an indescribable emotion that we feel we would die without. For such a small word, love can raise a lot of questions and emotions.  
 
 The word love's etymology is as diverse as the word itself. It appears
